Welcome to the Mount Bachelor Village Resort Homeowner Association Website! This is where you can learn about upcoming meetings, maintenance projects, review meeting minutes, and be able to request maintenance service for your unit, as well as obtain general information about your particular association. MT BACHELOR VILLAGE RESORT HISTORY Mount Bachelor Village Resort is one of many properties developed by Brooks Resources. Brooks Resources' roots run deep in Central Oregon. Its predecessor company, Brooks Scanlon, owned and operated one of the first lumber mills in the area in the early 1900s. As a development company, it has developed many outstanding properties, including Black Butte Ranch, Awbrey Butte homesites, Awbrey Glen, North Rim and RiverWild at Mt Bachelor Village. There are seven homeowner associations within Mount Bachelor Village, which consists of 212 units: the Master Association, Ski House I (56 units), Ski House II (40 units), Ski House III (32 units), River Ridge One (40 units), River Ridge Two (32 units) and River Ridge Townhomes (12 units). The Master Association maintains the roads, pool and spas, Fireside Room, playground and the irrigation well. ANNUAL HOMEOWNER MEETING AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS. One Saturday each year is set aside for the Annual Homeowner Meeting for each association on a Saturday, and notices are mailed approximately one month prior to the meeting. We start with the Master Association meeting, which is followed by the individual association meetings. At the end of the day, we have a get together with wine & noshes. The Board of Directors meeting three times a year. Immediately following the annual meeting, in September for the pre-budget meeting and in November for the budget meeting. FIRESIDE ROOM. The Fireside Room was built in 1988 as an amenity for the homeowners. The funds were provided when Brooks Resources granted a non-development easement for a portion of Mount Bachelor Village to Central Oregon Irrigation District Association. Homeowners may use the Fireside Room at any time (unless reserved). Homeowners may reserve the room for their private function for a minium fee by contacting the Association. POOL/SPA USAGE. The pool is for the enjoyment of all owners, renters and guests. You will need a pool fob for access into the pool area. Please see the Mt. Bachelor Village Rules & Regulations for more information about usage and hours of operation. RULES & REGULATIONS.
